Your maturity and value work now exports as a board-ready PDF, and the platform took real steps toward SOC 2.
A shorter week than most, and a deliberate one. Last week was about bringing the whole arc of the work into one company workspace and turning an assessment into a ranked initiative list. This week is about two quieter things that matter once that work is real: making it presentable to the people who approve the spend, and hardening the platform underneath it.
Your work, as a board-ready PDF
The analysis on your screen is built for exploring. A board conversation needs something you can hand across the table. This week both halves of the work gained a native, board-ready PDF export.
From a company's maturity report, you can now export a board report: where you stand, the priority gaps, and the initiatives to close them, laid out as a real document rather than a screenshot. From a program, you can export the value case: it leads with the business case, the net present value, the defensible annual EBITDA after double-counting is removed, the payback, and which initiatives earn their place, and then walks the evidence beneath it. That evidence runs all the way down: where the value lands on the P&L, how it flows from each initiative, the operational KPIs behind the dollars, the capabilities your use cases depend on, and the maturity assessment that grounds the whole thing.
These are true PDFs, generated on the fly, with the charts drawn as clean vector art rather than fuzzy images, and they honor the levers you set on screen, so the document matches the analysis you were just looking at. The point is simple: the case you have been building interactively can now leave the platform as a single, self-contained file that stands on its own in front of a board or a budget owner.
A more secure platform, and progress toward SOC 2
Behind the scenes, we spent the week hardening the platform and moving it toward SOC 2, the independent standard for how a software company protects customer data. Most of this work is invisible by design, but a few pieces touch you directly.
Administrator accounts now require two-factor authentication, so reaching any admin surface takes a second factor, not just a password. Sensitive actions across the platform are now written to a tamper-evident audit trail. We published a public security page that lays out how we handle your data, and we refreshed the privacy policy and terms so they fully and plainly disclose every service we rely on to run the platform. Underneath all of that sits a batch of standard protections: security headers, rate limiting, error monitoring, and a change-management process that checks every update before it ships.
None of this changes how you use the tools day to day. It is the groundwork that lets a manufacturer trust the platform with real operational and financial detail, which is exactly the kind of information this work depends on.
If you want the detail, it is all public. Our security page at mfgvalueplatform.com/security lays out how we handle your data, and the privacy policy and terms are linked in the footer of every site. Have a read, and if anything raises a question, we would rather you ask.
Coming soon
Next we are focused on in-platform training to help your team get more from the tools, and company comments on shared items, so a proposed initiative or report can be discussed in context before anyone makes a call.
