Visual Decisions Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Smart Manufacturing Use Case Platform at mfgusecases.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.

2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in via Google or Microsoft OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those providers. We do not receive or store your passwords.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, use cases viewed, search queries, tab clicks, browser type, operating system, device type, and approximate geographic location (country, region, city) derived from your IP address.
Payment Information: If you subscribe to Pro access, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID.
Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session and an anonymous session identifier for analytics purposes.

- Vercel: Our hosting provider, which processes request data to serve the Platform.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. Data is anonymized where required by law.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage/analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. International Transfers
Our Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on legitimate interests and, where required, consent as our legal basis for processing personal data.
