Save Use Cases to Lists
You can now save use cases to named lists directly from any use case page.
The Save button appears in two places: in the dark header at the top of the page and in its own card above the At a Glance metrics sidebar. Click either one, and a dropdown lets you choose an existing list or create a new one on the spot — with a name and optional description. Creating a new list automatically saves the current use case to it.
Your lists live in the My Lists tab on your account page. From there you can see all your lists with item counts and creation dates, expand any list to browse your saved use cases, edit names and descriptions inline, remove individual items, or delete a list entirely.
Saved Lists are available to all registered users — no Pro subscription required.
Q&A on Every Use Case Page
A new Q&A tab is now live on every use case page, giving you a place to ask questions, share answers, and surface what others have found in practice.
How access works:
- Anyone (including visitors) can read existing questions and answers
- Registered users can post answers, upvote helpful content, and flag anything that seems off
- Pro subscribers can ask new questions
How threads work:
- Questions are expandable inline — click to see all answers below
- Upvoting is a toggle; click again to remove your vote
- Question authors can mark one answer as accepted; accepted answers sort to the top and are highlighted in green
- Flagging is available to non-authors — content with enough flags is automatically hidden from public view
Notifications: When your question receives an answer, you'll get an email with an excerpt and a direct link back to the thread. If your answer gets accepted, you'll get a notification for that too. You can opt out on the ask form — the default is on.
Your questions and answers are collected in the My Q&A tab on your account page, so you can find your own activity without hunting through individual use cases.
Tags Now Take You Somewhere
Every use case page shows context tags — the department it lives in, the business functions that care about it, and its competitive angle. This week those tags became navigation.
Click any tag and you land on the browse page with that filter pre-applied. The department badge in the dark header is clickable too, taking you to the full department browse view.
Industry and Industry Segment tags are also now visible on use case pages for the first time — they've always powered the browse filters, but this week they appear as linked chips on the Overview tab.
My Activity Tab (Pro & Team)
Pro and Team subscribers now have a My Activity tab on the account page showing a personal engagement summary: use cases viewed, searches run, and a 30-day activity chart. Recently viewed use cases are listed with view counts and time-since-viewed, alongside a breakdown of which departments you've been exploring.
Team Plan Updates
Self-serve seat management: Team owners and admins can now adjust their seat count directly from the Team Dashboard — no need to contact support. The seat picker shows a live pricing preview (total per year, per-seat rate, and applicable discount) before you commit. Increases bill immediately for the remainder of the current period.
Team Usage Stats: The Usage Stats tab in the Team Dashboard is now fully wired up. Team owners and admins can see total activity, distinct use cases explored, searches run, and active member count — plus a 30-day activity chart, a top use cases leaderboard, departments explored, and a per-member activity table.
Vendor Listings
Vendors can now apply for a use case listing directly at mfgusecases.com/vendors/apply — no email back-and-forth to get started. Search for an available use case, fill in your company and listing details, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your vendor dashboard URL.
The vendor dashboard gives you a live view of your active listings, clicks this month, total clicks over time, and an estimated monthly billing total based on your base rate and CPC charges.
