Learn the Platform
mfgusecases.com is a structured library of manufacturing use cases — each one decomposed into value leaks, root causes, enablers, and KPIs that connect to strategic goals. These foundation pages explain how that structure works and how to navigate it efficiently.
Foundation
How This Site Is Organized
Why a single use case can show up under Quality the department, Quality the function, Quality the advantage, and Quality the stakeholder — and how to use that to your advantage.
Reading the Knowledge Graph
What the colors mean, why the shape is what it is, how to read influence, and how to use the graph for the kind of cross-cutting analysis you can't get from any AI chat.
Anatomy of a Use Case
Every use case page follows the same five-tab structure — what each section answers, why the structure exists, and how to read a use case efficiently.
Coming soon
Workflow guides for specific personas (Plant Manager, OpEx Leader, Department Head) showing how to use the platform for common questions like "where should I focus my transformation budget" or "what's the biggest cross-department gap in my plant?"

What's New Across Visual Decisions This Week (June 7, 2026)
ValueMaps grew up this week: group your initiatives into programs, gate them on cost and time, compare them, and walk out with the procurement spec to act on it
What's New Across the Use Case Platform This Week (May 31, 2026)
A third platform site launched this week. valuemaps.com takes a curated portfolio of use cases (yours, picked on mfgusecases) and scores it against your company's real financial baseline, with every dollar of impact traceable back through a specific measure and a specific finance line. Audit-walk first, CFO-facing waterfall second. Plus the **Action Plan V2** that was the headline of last week's Coming Soon list, and a new shared concept called **Initiatives** that carries a buyer's selection from one site to the next.
What's New Across Visual Decisions This Week (May 24, 2026)
The last update's "Coming Soon" list was solution mapping + auto-generated URDs. Both shipped this week, plus a new public demo on mfgusecases.com that walks the entire chain end-to-end — from an ExampleCo plant's survey gaps all the way to a downloadable User Requirements Document. The two halves of the platform now talk to each other in a way they didn't before.
